Requirements
10+ years of hands-on experience in MedDRA coding
Lead and oversee AE/SAE coding activities across studies
Provide expert guidance on MedDRA conventions and SMQs
Review and approve coding decisions for consistency and regulatory compliance
Act as a subject matter expert (SME) during audits and inspections
Develop and refine coding guidelines and SOPs
Mentor teams and contribute to process optimization
